Ingredients

12 chicken thighs

2 cups of flour

1 cup of bread crumbs

1 cup of Panko crumbs

2 cups of grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon of paprika

1 teaspoon of salt

1 teaspoon of pepper
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

Grease a large baking dish ( I use a small dab of lard and rub it around the entire dish)

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and whisk together (not the chicken)

Dredge the chicken thighs in the mixture, use a spoon to fill up all folds

Place thighs in baking dish and cook for 40 minutes to 1 hour, flipping the thighs over after half way through the cooking time

Serve when meat reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit/1 hour and juice runs clear
