Continental Breakfast
A Continental Breakfast is a light meal to start the day. It is accompanied by juice and tea or coffee. You can get very creative with this breakfast and serve up some new pairings that you have never tried before.
Go as simple and rustic as you wish or get fancy and creative with elegant pairings. A great meal for a breakfast tray served on Mother's or Father's Day!

Instructions-Breakfast Tray

Slice a croissant horizontally in half and add to a small plate

Using a serrated knife scrape across a frozen stick of butter to create butter curls to add to a tiny dish

Add a small pot of red pepper jelly with a serving spoon

Add a half cup of yogurt to a small Pyrex dish and top with granola and blueberries

Thinly slice two cantaloupe slices and add on a plate along with a dish of blueberries, granola & yogurt

Prepare Orange Pekoe tea and serve with sugar cubes

Pour a small glass of grapefruit juice

Add all items to a breakfast tray along with a paperback and a pink carnation
