Homemade Hamburgers

Perfect for grilling or cooking in the oven, my homemade hamburgers are made with some special ingredients in the patties.  The best cheeses to melt on these patties are Havarti or Pepperjack or you could add crumbled feta cheese.

Prepare and freeze the patties or cook and serve on warm pretzel buns or kaisers.  Tastes great with extra grilled red peppers and mushrooms plus your favorite toppings on ciabatta buns.
