Peach Mimosas are a perfect pairing for brunch!  Add 2 ounces of chilled champagne or if you prefer, a sparkling white wine to a 6 ounce champagne flute then stir in 2 ounces of peach drink.  Keep chilled until serving.  Lovely with Eggs Benny!
