Sleepovers for Tweens
Give each parent a clipboard and request sheet for their contact numbers both cellphone(s) and landlines as well as additional emergency contact names and numbers. Clearly define pick up times for each child and ask that the drop off parent be the pick up parent unless you know them. Get information about allergies and required medications and their doctor's name and number. If the parent will supply a health card number get that as well, in case of emergency.
Include in your invites a list of items to bring to the sleepover.

Get Ready for a raucous night of giggles, high-pitched laughter and no sleep. Tween girls will stay up until the wee hours of the morning talking. Get lots of rest before this party. You'll need it!
Let's go with an easy theme for this party, Valentine's Day. The best party my tween twins had was a Valentine's Sleepover. There was fourteen girls in total, camped out in our living room.
All the furniture was removed and two long serving tables were set up and loaded down with food, treats, drinks, crafts and games.
Decorations & Entertainment
Load up on pretty pink and white balloons!

Buy an inexpensive bubble gum dispenser and fill it full of cinnamon hearts.

Set up your punch bowl and float frozen heart-shaped ice cubes in pink lemonade punch.

Buy several packages of glow-in-the-dark sticks.

Set up two tables. One for food and drinks and one for crafts and game prizes.

Make 14 small gift bags of lip gloss, nail polish, mini nail files, small mirrors, face masks and pretty hair clips to give to your guests when they leave. Put a Valentine in each gift bag along with a bag of Hershey's kisses.

Give tiaras, bracelets and rings out as party game prizes!
Supply plenty of cushions and extra blankets in large baskets.

Create a "Happy Valentine's Day" banner for the wall behind the tables.
Write Valentine messages from popular tween tv, film and music stars on red and white paper doilies and place them near posters of these "heart throbs".

Put out a stack of popular tween magazines and a stack of games like twister and the Sleepover Party Game.

Pick out classic tween movies to watch like 16 Candles, Ella Enchanted and The Breakfast Club.

Buy 14 red or white t-shirts for the girls to decorate and keep.

Good work! You have supplied all the right stuff! The girls will make their own fun, I promise. Check in on them frequently to remind them of your rules. Stock up on any needed supplies and to make sure everything is running smoothly. The party hostess is your tween...make certain they know their responsibility to their guests and to the cleanliness of your home. Set boundaries and post the rules.
Your tween is going to have a fantastic sleepover party!
